What is the strength of the financial management of your organization? This is one of four buttons to determine the value of your travel agency – operation / Resource management, market / location photo agency, financial management and business history. I address each question in separate articles .*

Consider the strength of financial management today.

Q: Do you operate under the accrual method or cash?

A: Yes you are in an effective, ask your accountant to convert their free exercise. If you prefer to keep the money, make sure their incomes are correctly reflected for the buyer to know what you buy.

Q: What is your net worth?

A: Probably one of the important ends in pricing.

Q: Did you receive a monthly balance sheet and P & L?

A: If it does, it will be difficult for a buyer to assess trends, the growth and overall financial management.

Q: Have you kept the issue of key financial ratios for an early warning system of changes in its business, such as:

 • Sales per employee and / or customers and / or the seller?
 • The Commission, a percentage of sales?
 • Percentage of earning commissions by the supplier?
 • Percentage of sales by customer or account back?
 • Percentage of profit before income tax of the Commission or sales?

A: Very few organizations have a formal program that reviews the "quality" of its customers. I've seen a tendency to use anyone to get contracts in the door. If you look at some of these ratios above, you may find that account XYZ Company has finally landed cost more than they do with it. The buyer will be impressed by the strategic thinking in this direction with a single sales.

Q: How do you do in your collection?

• Are your accounts receivable aged well?
 • What is its provision for credit losses and real depreciation of the past five years?
 • What is its collection of mixed against project Bill credit card?
 • What to do with the UN-collection?
 • What are the procedures for the credit analysis you did in making an account?

A: Again, these are important, and reflect on his abilities as CFO. Save that the buyer of your agency may not necessarily have the same business acumen that has, however, it is obvious that I succeed.

Samsung U900 is one of the most promising handsets launched by Samsung, which began in February 2008. Arguably one of the best models so far Samsung, but the phone is very low, Sony Ericsson G900.
