Is it too soon to change realtors?

I am a realtor in southern New Jersey. I spent much time decide on a runner to join. I decided to go with a small real estate company for the "on one" contact ". I signed two weeks ago and had a bad start. I've had my extension in the company's telephone system, my information is on site with other agents and have recently been made new brochures printed a few days ago and I'm not in it. There are even people who joined after me about it. Whenever asked about this, they say, "Oh, I will be fine on that. "But he never did. One of the dealers (two) actually seemed agitated when I asked him to teach me to wear the trend. At this point, I just registered with the trend.
