Who should I try?

I make 3D models of houses and interiors, which had created a website down right now, but should be sometime later. I also printed cards that are very clean. I'm leaving a company Full Blown again from next to the size of a freelancer. Tommarow I'll be looking for customers here in my city, after seeing a yellow book, I see one company that makes 3D modeling. Bassicly Now I do is take eather Scetch final or blue, but with all dimensions in them, then based on these dimensions to make a 3D model or a house, then take a photo of the existing house and using Photoshop bassicly replace the existing 3D model, making some changes and have some real looking image. My problem is: Who I contact an architect or general contractor, as these photos I'm going to print them will be for customers to give them a better view of the nine tubes and how look like when finished.
