What are the "letters to 10" … I'm not sure what that means?

A client asked me to meet prices, but I can not say if they relate to self preferrated cards, cards with a relief, or what. Please help.

Although I do not know the relationship or responsibilities between you and your Customer … but it seems very strange that they want a price of 10-up ….. Who is internal printers terminology. … and depending on the printer … may choose to print up to 12 …. 24 to … or what the machine allows. Usually when it comes to business cards … that are purchased in packs of 100, 250, 500, 1000 … how market is, frankly, completely irrelivent client. If this client will provide an outline of "10-Up (on perforated paper?) And asks you to simply copy the pages that are essentially … to make "color copies" and are paid much less …. and the customer …. They are crazy … That will take home a piece of really bad quality …. thats crap card, but if the image you want to give the world, more power to them.
